Job Description Leads team of cross functional professionals for a specific period to time to deliver high quality technology solutions to the business. Lead collaboration to create and agree upon plan to deliver a solution to the business, and then baseline the project for ongoing tracking either by scope or functionality. Team will follow the chosen project management methodology and standard work to deliver the solution, continually keeping the project team and stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and plans to overcome those challenges. The scope of job can range from a program, set of projects or product depending upon assignment. The resources may be managing the entire project or a specific part of the part of the project. Financial management may be of department, program, or projects and include applicable Procurement Management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage, or assist in the management of, base, intermediate, and/or complex projects and progressively develop to managing intermediate projects in a matrix team environment.
• Provide leadership, direction, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects in a safe, efficient, economical, risk-balanced approach to achieve short- and long-range goals and to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide project transparency and develop relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders including internal customers, external customers, team members, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and industry peers, enabling them to make sound business decisions.
• Enable and promote team level continuous improvement activities that increase quality and optimize delivery of value.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of networking and infrastructure projects—coordinating network engineers, vendors, change windows, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet redundancy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Translate technical network designs into detailed project plans, schedules, risk/mitigation actions, and validation criteria (including post-cutover stability and SLA verification).
