About The Position

At rEvolution, we pride ourselves on delivering award-winning business-building marketing, strategic consulting and media programs for our brand clients that are widely recognized throughout the global sports industry. rEvolution is seeking a Senior Project Manager. Reporting to the Chief Operating and Finance officer, you will manage the workflow between the account management team and the various integrated services teams within rEvolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5-8 years of project management experience in an agency.
Great facilitation skills and the ability to build bridges between teams and people.
Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines, and internal resourcing.

Responsibilities

Consistently and effectively plan, resource, execute, and otherwise manage cross-functional teams on projects that are high quality, profitable, and delivered on time.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing against project plans/schedules/timelines and defined budgets – all of which are subject to updates based upon tangible changes impacting the delivery of work.
Monitor and report upon project progress and budget usage (in relation to approved staffing plan).
Partner with Account Management to facilitate regular process and status meetings, set and manage client expectations, and build project forecasts.
Adopt, enforce and otherwise contribute to overall improvement and quality of One rEvolution processes.
Coordinate efforts between segments, Global Resource Management, and HR
