About The Position
In this position… You will be part of a team that will execute FNV3.x Electrical Platform execution across all Programs. You will be laser-focused on the management of Platform hardware and software delivery across all domains incorporating the needs of individual vehicle programs into the platform through the lens of optimized enterprise solutions. The team will manage Electrical Platform Hardware and Software Delivery – focusing on the Platfrom Controls and HMI bundles which span Motion, Body Control, Infotainment (IVI), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and the applicability for applications and cloud. The Tech Platform Program (TPP) team will partner with the Core Tech Platform Program team, Electrical Architecture teams, Technical Program Management, and Vehicle Programs and be in lockstep with Connected Vehicle Software and Global Technology Strategy initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the following aspects of platform delivery across vehicle programs and throughout the Platform’s lifecycle: Program Platform Deliverables, Timing, Cost, Investment, Quality, Resource Modeling, Hardware Bundle and Software Complexity, Feature Bundle Execution, Hardware complexity, Experience Delivery You will demonstrate a passion for changing Ford’s approach to Electrical Tech Platform which is currently focused on vehicle-specific solutions to a cross-program Platform delivery. You will be paving a new road for how Ford Motor Company executes Electrical Platforms. Position can be based in Dearborn or Palo Alto
