We’re seeking an upbeat, detail-oriented Technical Measure to join our Operations team. This is a hands-on apprenticeship role specifically designed to train, develop, and fast-track you into a Senior Technical Measurer position. If you have a foundational grasp of construction, love interacting with people, and are eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry from the ground up, we want you on our squad! What You’ll Be Doing Hit the Road: Travel to customers' homes to assess project conditions, take precise measurements, and snap detailed photos. Design & Plan: Sketch floor plans, estimate materials, and determine the absolute best installation methods while ensuring full code compliance. Learn from the Pros: Shadow our Senior Technical Measurers on ride-alongs and dive deep into products and installation techniques. Deliver Excellence: Walk customers through their orders, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-tier, respectful customer service. Keep Things Moving: Write up project details, complete work orders on time, and keep communication flowing between sales and installation crews. What You Bring to the Table Construction Chops: A good working knowledge of basic construction techniques, building materials, and industry terminology. Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic database management. People Skills: Excellent communication and active listening skills to deliver truly customer-focused solutions. On the Move: A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record to operate a company or personal vehicle. Physical Readiness: The ability to bend, stoop, reach, and safely carry up to 50 lbs across varying indoor and outdoor environments.
