Repairs and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems for the Board of Public Education. What you will do Performs work associated with work orders, work independently or under the direction of others, have general knowledge of and the ability to learn how to read / interpret blue prints and schematics, inspects work and keeps all necessary records to ensure quality HVAC work. Performs preventative maintenance of equipment of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units for the Board of Education. Maintains and orders supplies as needed to ensure necessary supplies are consistently available for routine operation. Establishes and maintains working relationships with others; organize and prioritize work effectively. Must complete MNPS HVAC training program to include EPA Certification within the appropriate time frame. Willingness to learn and work on all types of HVAC Equipment
