About The Position

The Tech Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations by assigning and ensuring the timely completion of all scheduled work. This role supervises staff, monitors equipment performance, and coordinates repairs to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The position also emphasizes safety, organization, and staying current with industry best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Maintenance Engineer experience required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff with assignments, complete and close-out work orders, walk daily route, report and supervise necessary repairs
• Recognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment and logbooks
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times
• Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
