Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, business analysis, program support, or operational roles within technology, media, or production environments.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, including workflows, dependencies, risks, and constraints.
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional engineering and operations teams, acting as a coordination point between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience producing cost, budget, and financial analyses, such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), forecasts, and variance reporting.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting the procurement lifecycle, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory tracking, contract review, and vendor coordination.
  • Working knowledge of project and program management practices, including schedule tracking, dependency management, and status reporting.
  • Experience managing and maintaining operational data and reporting, using tools such as spreadsheets, Airtable, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and working sessions, capture outcomes, and translate discussions into clear documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Experience supporting contract administration and vendor management, including Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, and service tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, highly interdependent environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of maintaining accurate documentation, tracking actions to completion, and supporting auditability.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an embedded technical coordination and business analysis resource within engineering and program initiatives, supporting data‑driven decision‑making and recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document workflow requirements , challenges, and dependencies across network and technology programs.
  • Facilitate business and technical working sessions with stakeholders to clarify scope, capture requirements, and translate needs into actionable documentation.
  • Develop and maintain Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for technologies, workflows, and initiatives, supporting executive reviews and investment decisions.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle for network‑related initiatives, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory tracking, and handoff to project and engineering teams.
  • Support annual and multi‑year fiscal planning activities , partnering with Project and Program Management to track initiatives, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Facilitate the annual maintenance and support contract renewal process , including inventory validation, renewal analysis, and coordination of approvals and payments.
  • Manage and maintain telecom expense, asset, and workforce data , including creation of reports, dashboards, and data feeds into tools such as Airtable and Power BI.
  • Support documentation and presentation of technical and architectural concepts across network teams, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and accessible to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Coordinate inputs from Trusted Partners and vendors into AOP, forecast, and PMO‑tracked activities , ensuring alignment with program timelines and expectations.
  • Perform contract administration for Statements of Work (SOWs) associated with projects and managed service providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved scope.
  • Facilitate security review and mitigation communications between engineering, security, and business teams, tracking actions and follow‑ups to completion.
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation of requirements, analyses, decisions, and actions to support transparency, auditability, and operational continuity.
