Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Teamwork experience and strong team player
• Prior experience with assembling or hands-on testing of IT hardware (specifically Dell or HP)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Any or all of the following training certifications: Certified Network Administration (CNA) Cisco Certified Network Administration (CCNA) A+ Certification Microsoft Certified System Administration (MCSA) Microsoft Technical Administration (MTA) Server+ Certification Network+ Certification
• Microsoft Access Database experience a plus
• Experience in SAP or SAP ByDesign is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sort, repair, test and hands-on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, network equipment, computers and spare parts
• Configure products to customer specifications and create discrepancy reports
• Provide customer technical support
• Interface with inventory, production control, supply chain, and sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve any customer’s technical issues
• Address any inventory spec issues and provide updates to supply chain, inventory control and management assistance teams
• Adhere to and maintain ESD and safety requirements in all required work areas
