Requirements

High School Diploma or equivilent
At least two years of clerical experience

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ability to engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery.
Provide support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering solutions in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
Pulling, filing, auditing and maintaining charts for the team assigned. This includes completing change forms and auditing and maintaining charts in accordance with Utilization Review, MDHHS, MCCMH and accreditation standards.
May complete agendas and take and maintain Team meeting minutes as requested.
Management of the APA/PE process; editing to scanning.
Maintaining the Team’s appointment schedule. Making/changing appointments, including but not limited to quarterly, bi-annual, and annual assessments.
Complete appointment reminder calls and/or follow up calls to minimize “no shows.”
Calculating Ability to Pay (ATP) financial information, entering the financial policies and information in theEHR and obtaining signatures
