The Team Success Assistant provides direct support to the Team Success Manager in all areas of recruiting coordination, onboarding, training administration, communication, reporting, and daily operational tasks within the Pop Sells sales department. This position is essential in creating a smooth, professional, and consistent experience for all candidates and new Pop Consultants throughout the recruiting and onboarding cycle. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech savvy, and capable of managing high volumes of communication and multi step processes with accuracy.
