About The Position

The Team Services Assistant provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Team Services Manager and GM-VP. This role ensures smooth day-to-day execution of departmental tasks, helps manage communication with internal and external partners, and contributes to maintaining service levels with Clubs, Leagues, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years admin/ops/customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; expense management tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, agendas, documentation, and departmental calendar support.
  • Order/inventory tracking, jersey stock monitoring, and fabric/component updates.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning.
  • Travel coordination for events (Spring Training, Winter Meetings, club visits).
  • Expense reconciliation for Manager and GM-VP.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives.
