Mission Yogurt is seeking Front of House Team Members for Greenleaf Kitchen and Cocktails inside John Wayne Airport.

The
FOH Team Member
plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions and various Front of House Responsibilities. This position requires a friendly, approachable attitude, an attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a team member, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, accurately processing payments, and ensuring the preparation of high-quality menu items to meet customer specifications. You will also contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.

Requirements

• Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience as a cashier, team member, or in a customer service role.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members
• Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
• Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
