The award-winning Mission Yogurt is looking for Team Members to join our team at Tocabe, at the Denver Airport!   • Previous experience as a cashier, team member, and customer service.
  • Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
  • Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
  • Must be over the age of 18 & must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
  • Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in the back of house as a prep cook or line cook is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
  • Assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, non-biased judgment.
  • Ensure safety and security of both guests and team members.
  • Completes food preparation tasks following established procedures.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station including equipment; adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Be an expert on the menu and prepare menu items according to customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
  • Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
  • Adhere to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
