About The Position

At Bruegger’s Bagels, we have been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition for over 35 years, committed to genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese. We are also committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are seeking Seasonal Team Members for the summer season who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, setting us apart with their personalities and ensuring every guest feels welcomed. We are looking for true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience, providing excellent guest service, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
