About The Position

Chick-fil-A Leland Town Center is hiring Front of House & Back of House Team Members! All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates. Requirements

• Must be 14 or older to apply
• Must be comfortable using a cash register
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast food environment

Responsibilities

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests and interact with coworkers: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, always say my pleasure!
• Operating in different positions whether its the POS at the front counter, performing cashier duties in the front or in the drive-thru, making sandwiches, scooping fries, or learning other stations of the restaurant
• Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
• Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and drive-thru
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Assist Shift Leaders and other Team Members in executing opening or closing procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Complete all tasks as assigned
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
