About The Position

Chick-fil-A Sadsbury is independently owned and operated by Philotimo Hospitality, Inc. We are seeking AM/Morning Team Members to join our team. Applicants must have at least 4 hours of availability during the daytime hours (between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM) on at least three days each week. As part of the application, you will be asked to indicate whether you prefer to work in the Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH). Both roles are essential in providing an exceptional dining experience and delivering Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality and quality food.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a smile, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically
  • Make genuine emotional connections with guests
  • Ensure dining room cleanliness and a welcoming environment
  • Take and fulfill orders with accuracy and speed
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep)
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and standards
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
