Since 1914, our family’s passion for chocolate has been passed down through generations — and today, we’re Pittsburgh’s premier destination for handspun shakes, craft sundaes, and gourmet chocolates. Responsibilities
- Serve up milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair
- Share our story and products while providing exceptional customer service
- Help guests discover new favorites through sampling, recommendations, and upselling
- Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked (from retail shelves to freezers)
- Support fun seasonal promotions and displays
- Ensure food safety and cash-handling practices are always followed
- Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly
