We’re looking for a motivated Shift Supervisor who brings energy, accountability, and a team-first mindset to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, leads by example, and takes pride in creating smooth, successful shifts from start to finish. Our Shift Supervisors work alongside the team while setting the tone — ensuring goals are met, standards are upheld, and every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. Requirements
- A natural motivator — you lift the room without forcing it
- Someone steady under pressure — busy rushes don’t rattle you
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable giving direction in a kind, respectful way
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous customer service or food service experience required
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energy and stamina — you’ll be movin’ and shakin’ all shift long

- Prior leadership experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Lead each shift with confidence, clarity, and consistency
- Set the tone on the floor — calm, upbeat, and solution-focused
- Work side-by-side with your team to hit service, sales, and quality goals
- Delegate tasks thoughtfully so everyone knows their role
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running efficiently
- Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are always met
- Support training and help newer team members feel confident and capable
- Communicate clearly with management about what’s working and what needs attention
- Be the connector — bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team
