About The Position

We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. The Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering an exceptional store experience. You are customer focused, enjoy serving others, and are passionate about our product. Requirements

• Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday
• At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday
• Available for 3 closing shifts
• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow!
• Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
• A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values
• Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Does not want to be an influencer

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
