Jimmy Johns- Team Member Lead Overview: We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family here at Jimmy John's! The Jimmy Johns Team Member Lead is a non-tip position who will be responsible for assisting Managers with daily duties along with greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service while making fast and accurate sandwiches. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV Health Card)
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. throughout shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift.
- Must be able to walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40`F to -10`F.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned work location.
- Must be able to work various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
- Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines.
- Help maintain a clean environment.
- Assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.
- Make fast and accurate sandwiches.
- Execute quality store operations.
- Must be able to work high volume peak times.
- Must be willing to travel up to 4 weeks for training
