About The Position

The Team Member Experience (TMX) Coordinator provides critical project coordination, data analytics support, and operational oversight for strategic initiatives within the Team Member Experience Programs team and the broader Talent Management organization. This role ensures seamless execution of high-impact programs that enhance the overall team member experience and strengthen Novant Health's mission of delivering remarkable care through remarkable people.

Requirements

  • Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, program logistics, or operational support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams.
  • Passion for employee experience, team member engagement, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Creative problem solver who brings structure, efficiency, and clarity to fast-moving environments.
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
  • Experience: Project management experience, required.
  • Advanced experience with MSOffice, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Proficient with one or more of the following tools, iCIMS, , ServiceNow, Infor, PowerBi, Tableau, Engagement Vendor platforms or Monday.com.
  • Experience analyzing survey data with attention to accurate data and calculations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with a view of inclusion and belonging.
  • Analytical, consulting, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, data tracking, and operational support
  • Action oriented, willing to do what is needed in order to move projects forward in an organized manner with consistent execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship management skills that include listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.
  • Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information.

  • Related healthcare industry, communications, and/or human resources experience - experience may include coordinating large-scale, enterprise-wide projects, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance project dashboards (primarily in Monday.com) to monitor progress, risks, and ROI across all TMX initiatives.
  • Support project planning, timeline management, task tracking, and communication across the Team Member Experience team to drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and platform support for TMX tools, systems, and processes to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Support employee listening initiatives by assisting with survey administration, data validation, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Serve as a key partner in employee listening operations-especially valuable as one of the few team members with system access.
  • Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain presentations and reports that translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with TMX, Talent Management, and cross-functional partners to ensure initiatives are aligned, timelines are met, and communication flows smoothly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational gaps and helping streamline workflows, processes, and reporting structures.
  • Support team meetings, workshops, and TMX events with materials preparation, documentation, and follow-up coordination as needed.
