About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • For Current Exempt Associates: Must have completed 1 year of service with DENSO by job posting date, Active Team Leader(s) must be in current role for 1 year from movement date… OR
  • For Non-Exempt Associates: Must have completed 6 months of service with DENSO by job posting date AND
  • Must not have any active disciplines
  • Knowledge of Production policies, procedures, and terms.
  • Excellent written and oral and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of appropriate office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to coordinate and monitor a high level of activity under a variety of conditions
  • Ability to comprehend complex instructions and respond effectively
  • Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly
  • Ability to rapidly coordinate eyes, hands, and fingers and accurately handle precise movements.
  • Ability to coordinate the eyes and both hands and feet in response to visual stimuli.
  • Ability to work in a variety of adverse environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, noise, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
