Requirements

  • 2 or more years of demonstrated team leadership skills, including coaching and facilitation
  • 2 or more years of experience with manufacturing operations

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of experience directly leading or supervising a workforce in a CIPP environment
  • Experience with highly-integrated production systems (such as: Automatic Guided Vehicles, Manufacturing Execution Systems, smart tooling, etc.)
  • Experience with wage/union employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules
  • Experience with continuous improvement pay plans (CIPP), SAP, PBI, and Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Working knowledge of the CI 200 process and 5S
  • Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Achieve departmental goals and objectives for the area you are assigned
  • Supervise skilled production employees to ensure the manufacture of products within established delivery, quality, safety and cost standards
  • Serve as the main contact between production employees and management staff; represent the company's interests with the shop floor staff
