Team Leader
About The Position
2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) Shipping Team Lead $20.00/hour This position will be responsible for but not limited to the following; Coordinate with other supervisors to organize and maintain operations and activities within or between departments. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training. At this time, we are not considering candidates who require sponsorship.
Requirements
- Strong Leadership and organizational skills
- Microsoft Outlook knowledge is required
- Excellent Performance Record
- Excellent Attendance Record
- Prior Team Lead in Manufacturing experience
