KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift

Responsibilities

• Successfully hand weld product based on production schedule needs
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
• Operation of all fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, hydraulic banks, drill presses…)
• Required to operate, edit and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cell
• Follow production schedules, determine what should run and huddle with the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping as events happen)
