Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, must have 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond questions from groups of managers, and clients.
• Must have previous experience with positions that oversee a high level of detail and quality.
• Possess a sense of urgency, and accountability.
• Experience with WMS, Excel, Word, PP.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Team Leader is Responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising the warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily.
• Under the direction of Warehouse operation management, he/she is responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company’s service and cost objectives.
• Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
• Lead the Warehouse staff by instructing and assisting.
