Responsible for daily operational functions of the transport program and staff which includes courtesy ambassadors, dispatchers, and transporters. Observes staff and address job performance and/or attendance problems in accordance to policy and procedures. Responsible for new employee orientation, training, CQI participation and assists the unit leader with special projects, employee evaluations, payroll and work scheduling. [email protected]
