Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Team Leader with a Senior Industrial Electrician background to provide leadership for a team of maintenance personnel and who will have responsibility for the development of the team and team members as well as the continuous improvement of performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale. 1st shift- Mon.-Fri. 6A-2:30P

Requirements

  • Completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship or a related electrical associates degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of Electrical Maintenance/Construction experience in an industrial setting
  • Leadership experience (personal or professional)
  • Moderate level or above computer skills with Microsoft Office software desired
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Facilities Maintenance experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
  • Implement Shop Floor Management concepts with the team
  • Develop and continuously improve Preventative Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance programs
  • Oversee the daily custodial needs of the office, hospitality, and plant operations
  • Lead Facilities plant maintenance needs including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs.
  • Management of appropriate staffing levels
