About The Position

The Team Leader is responsible for the sales and merchandising of Hensley Beverage Company products to the maximum extent possible in his/her assigned area. The Team Leader is responsible for supervising Pre-sales team and ensuring that they maintain all displays, all POS (permanent and theme), help with new placement of products and displays. The Team Leader is under the supervision of the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Work experience requirement: Previous industry related experience in sales and supervision.
• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Age requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
• License(s)/certification(s) required: Class D Drivers License
• Driving record requirement: No more than 2 moving violations within three years. No DWI convictions within last 10 years.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to drive and operate an automobile safely and in accordance with the traffic laws.
• Requires extensive sitting and ability to tolerate shaking vibration and jarring movements.
• Requires visual acuity of both far and near objects, depth perception.
• Requires ability to push, pull, and grasp driving controls, and ability to climb into the driver’s seat of a car/van.
• Requires various neck positions, including looking side to side and looking down. Also may require extended periods of static neck positions.
