Review and revise training matrices and training plans/programs Manage training functions within DMS ETD per department and troubleshoot issues Work with department leadership regarding training goals, needs and improvements Assist with new hire orientation Attend customer and regulatory audits as needed Represent department leadership in training meetings when appropriate Create Master Control Accounts for employees within their department as requested Work with designated trainers and department leadership and leadership to ensure that Master Control tasks are completed on time Provide requested training records and reports to leadership and/or HR Ensure required job codes are assigned through Master Control and run a weekly report to ensure accuracy Meet regularly with designated trainers to discuss training goals, needs and improvements Inform trainers and leadership of updates requiring department training Coordinate any necessary retraining Create, revise, and issue required training content within DMS Review Process Control Documents biannually ensuring referenced procedures are included within the training program Review all new documents annually ensuring that they are added to the proper training course and Job Code Revise supplemental training aids when changes are made to relevant processes Post weekly report for any past due Master Control Trainings for each department How will you get here?

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED is required
  • 1 year leading a team.
  • Requires a minimum of 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of plant operations (manufacturing, distribution, maintenance) required, as well as knowledge of cGMP and safety (OSHA) regulations.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and current software is desirable.
  • Ability to handle complex process, business, and personnel issues independently.
  • Ability to direct personnel to accomplish daily work as well as periodic special projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment for 8-12 hours a day, depending on shift, with additional overtime as required.
  • The Clean-room is a controlled environment with a humidity of 30% or greater and a temperature between 60⁰ and 70⁰ F.
  • The Clean-room has some ambient noise.
  • Specific gowning requirements include, but are not limited to: gloves, hair net, beard net, face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry or piercings.
  • Position requires forceful gripping/grasping and repetitive motion including pushing and pulling.
  • Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene including labels and SDS (Safety Data Sheets), common chemicals used include: disinfectants, solvents and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%).
  • Must have the ability to inspect bio-process containers on a light table for an entire shift.
  • Must have the ability to stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping and lifting.
  • Must have the ability to use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in a technical or business field is preferred.
