About The Position

Overview: The PRN Operations Facilitator is a project-based role within Emory Healthcare that supports belonging initiatives across the organization. This role facilitates high-impact learning experiences that reinforce Emory Healthcare's Cultural Beliefs and leadership standards. The position operates on an as-needed (PRN) basis and provides facilitation support for workshops and other development programs based on organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, facilitation, leadership development, or related professional role.
  • Experience facilitating adult learning sessions in group settings.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage group dynamics and encourage participation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a PRN, consultative capacity.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience supporting initiatives in a healthcare or large organizational setting.
  • Prior experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate sessions using Emory Healthcare' approved curricula and materials.
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences for leaders and team members.
  • Create a psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, dialogue, and reflection.
  • Partner with Onsite leadership, Operations, and Learning & Development to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Coordinate with program sponsors to understand session objectives, audience needs, and desired outcomes.
  • Provide input on curriculum enhancements based on participant feedback and observed needs.
  • Support session logistics, including room readiness, materials, attendance tracking, and post-session follow-up.
  • Collect and summarize participant feedback to assess session effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all facilitation activities.
  • Participate in planning meetings as needed to support program rollout and delivery timelines.
  • Provide facilitation support based on organizational priorities, schedules, and project phases.
  • Additional Duties as Assigned.
