This leader-level role sets strategy and leads a Field Change & Communications team, delivering end-to-end strategies for the firm's largest initiatives impacting the field. The role ensures alignment with the firm's change framework, communication standards and brand. A hands-on leader, this individual coaches a team, builds cross-functional partnerships and translates business priorities into effective solutions that drive results.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in change management, communication and strategic consulting.'
  • Ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels, including executive.
  • Proficiency in organizational change frameworks, communication methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree; 8-10+ years in change management, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience; 6+ years leading or coaching others.

  • Experience in large, complex organizations delivering strategic outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry or a similarly regulated, complex environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coach strategists to design and lead change strategies for high-risk, complex initiatives impacting the field.
  • Manage team resources, budgets and oversee intake and prioritization of work.
  • Partner with leadership to tailor plans to the field while aligning with enterprise strategy.
  • Ensure messaging reflects enterprise priorities and adapts effectively across audiences.
  • Provide strategic consultation to influence leaders on change and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate across leadership teams to address risks, issues and opportunities affecting the field.
  • Drive adoption of best practices to strengthen Change & Communications impact.
  • Oversee daily team operations for efficiency and consistency.
