Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the lines running efficiently and ensuring that the needs of Assembly Team Members are met to produce a quality product on time, the first time with no personal injuries or mechanical accident, and supporting the policies and procedures of Kamtek.
• The Assembly Team Leader is also responsible for providing leadership to Production Team Members while promoting the Employee’s Charter and Operational Principles.
