The Team Lead is directly responsible for merchandise flow, from receiving donations to merchandising the sales floor. He or she will be a subject matter expert in pricing and point of sale and will be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but not limited to, proving excellent customer service, ash-handling, receiving and processing donated goods, pricing, and stocking. The Team Lead will oversee processing in assigned areas, provide direction and guidance to other team members, and provide shift oversight when management is off-site. The Team Lead will serve as the subject matter expert within one of the nine specialization areas listed below, with the ability to support the other areas as operational needs require. Bric-a-brac: This role oversees daily operations in the bric-a-brac (housewares, antiques, toys, etc.) department, supports team members, and ensures tasks are completed efficiently. They serve as the subject matter expert for this area, providing guidance and support to maintain organization, productivity, and positive customer experience while keeping their department stocked and running smoothly.
