A Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations, working in a fast, fun, and team-oriented environment. Team Leaders are expected to exceed expectations and support the management team, learning the intricacies of running a car wash. Requirements
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
