About The Position

Provides administrative support to the Division Head and team by assisting with clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily operations. This entry-level role focuses on task execution and learning operational systems.

Requirements

  • General administrative experience (2-year minimum).
  • Written communication, verbal communication, and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft Office with a focus on Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with purchasing
  • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing basic correspondence, taking meeting minutes, data entry, and organizing files.
  • Compile simple reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using provided data and templates.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and greet visitors professionally; take accurate messages and escalate inquiries as needed.
  • Learn and use core company systems and other technologies to support monitoring activities and report issues to senior staff.
  • Communicate with internal and external personnel to exchange routine information and support operational tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Fill in for colleagues as needed.
  • Volunteer and participate in company events.
