About The Position
Marsden South is looking to hire an experienced, Evening Team Lead to oversee and lead his/her team consisting of cleaners and other janitorial personnel. The supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring staff attendance, reporting absences, and coaching their workforce. They will also perform general janitorial duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Capable of defuse issues professionally
- Able to utilize a computer
- Previous lead experience required in a production environment or in a janitorial capacity
- Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk throughout an 8-10 hour shift
- Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.
Responsibilities
- Providing training and guidance to his/her staff
- Monitor Attendance
- Monitor and coach cleaners when needed
- Perform General Cleaner duties
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
