About The Position

The Team Lead supports store managers in the daily operations of Burnley Enterprises retail stores, with a primary focus on leading the team and elevating the guest experience on the sales floor. In coordination with the Store Manager, this role helps oversee the team, assist with store management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Team Lead guides the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service by modeling Kitchen Kettle Villages’ Vision, Mission, Values, and How-to B.E., while contributing to sales performance, merchandising standards, and a welcoming, organized, and engaging store environment. Requirements

  • Create a fun, positive, and memorable environment for guests and team members.
  • Model Burnley Enterprises’ Vision, Mission, Values, and How-to B.E. on every shift.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure daily operational tasks are completed.
  • Prioritize time on the sales floor during peak hours to engage guests, build relationships, and drive sales.
  • Support the Store Manager in setting daily goals and helping the team execute plans to achieve financial objectives.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team on the floor to deliver strong results and an excellent guest experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and share it with the team, including updates on new and existing products.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and aligned with brand and company visual guidelines.
  • Follow inventory control procedures, including handling damaged goods, transfers, returns, and stock organization.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales associates in partnership with store leadership.
