The Team Lead supports store managers in the daily operations of Burnley Enterprises retail stores, with a primary focus on leading the team and elevating the guest experience on the sales floor. In coordination with the Store Manager, this role helps oversee the team, assist with store management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Team Lead guides the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service by modeling Kitchen Kettle Villages’ Vision, Mission, Values, and How-to B.E., while contributing to sales performance, merchandising standards, and a welcoming, organized, and engaging store environment.
