The Team Lead, Sustainability Solutions Specialist in New York plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients in the Corporates Segment while expanding our market presence. This role is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of businesses in the region and collaborating within S&P Global Sustainable1 and across other divisions to deliver a comprehensive suite of sustainability solutions tailored to their objectives. This team will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for the Corporates Segment in North America, driving new sales, achieving sales targets, directly managing the Corporates book of business, as well as supporting retention and account growth. Reporting to the Head of Americas, in this role you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies across North America and will ultimately be accountable for achieving new sales and retention targets for Sustainable1 within the Energy division. This role will support our suite of Sustainability solutions, with a primary focus on Climate Risk & Opportunity, Sustainability Performance, Benchmarking Services, and Regulatory Reporting. Working across both existing relationships and new logos, the role requires you to be a team player, self-starter, and trusted advisor to deeply understand unique company challenges and the regulatory landscape. You will consult with customers about S&P’s Sustainability services suite to evangelizing solutions that will help them reach their business goals.
