Your Role as a Store Team Lead: As a vital part of our team, you will: Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals. Jump in where needed- running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics. Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
