Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. https://www.gerresheimer.com/ Job Description Responsibilities: Personnel management including all associated individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, performance reviews, personnel development, etc.) Ensuring effective workforce scheduling (vacation and shift planning) Participation in headcount and CAPEX planning Involvement in the processing of complaints and deviations Independent and continuous development of the area of responsibility Assuming (partial) project responsibility within a defined framework Ensuring continuous audit readiness Trustful collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC) Independent compliance with standards, legal regulations (e.g. Working Hours Act, occupational safety regulations) as well as internal company policies (SOPs, works agreements, etc.) Metrics: Absenteeism rate Occupational safety 5S Productivity Qualifications 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment. This role requires specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience. Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals, employee development) Good IT/computer user skills (e.g. Office applications, MES & ERP) Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes) Good English skills (spoken and written) Leadership skills, particularly serving as a role model (integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasiveness) Confident and professional demeanor Good communication skills Strong personal initiative Resilience under pressure Ability to write technical reports Knowledge transfer (instruction and didactics) Good assertiveness Strong analytical and conceptual skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
