About The Position

About the Role Are you a hands-on production leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments? We’re looking for a Team Lead – Production to drive results, develop talent, and keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the floor, ensure smooth day-to-day production, and empower your team to exceed safety, quality, and efficiency targets. What You'll Be Doing Lead and develop a high-performing team —from day-to-day guidance to coaching, performance reviews, and career development conversations Own the production schedule, resource planning, and shift coordination to maximize output without sacrificing quality Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and collaborating across teams Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, audits (5S), and training requirements Monitor KPIs like productivity, scrap rate, absenteeism, and safety metrics , and take action when they’re off track Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain) to hit production goals Participate in CAPEX planning, onboarding of new employees , and support site-wide improvement projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in production leadership roles
  • Strong background in injection molding, assembly, or related manufacturing environments
  • Formal training or certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to lead in high-volume, metric-driven environments
  • Strong knowledge of MES/ERP systems , production KPIs, and lean tools like FMEA, Ishikawa, KVP, 5S, or KT
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and other digital production systems
  • Solid communication skills and basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
