The Assembly Team Lead - 2nd Shift role offers a full-time work week of 40 hours and potential overtime. Provide assistance as needed to the operators to improve the ability to meet quality and productivity standards. Using the reports available, monitor the progress of projects on the production floor to ensure on time delivery to the customer expectations. Provide feedback to management on the matters that impede the progress of management's objectives of providing a harmonious, safe and productive work environment. Keep all work areas clean, organized and presentable. Demonstration and support of compliance with all company guidelines, including safety, attendance, and punctuality. Maintain Visual Management communications boards. Perform periodic 6s audits of various plant operations. Communicate shift status to Production Management as well as opposite shift lead and Production Supervisors (if applicable). Support continuous improvement of assigned area(s). High School Diploma or equivalent or GED Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Santa Ana, CA location.
