As a Team Lead, Patient Registration, you will serve as the shift lead for the Customer Service team, assisting patients with hospital check-ins. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day performance metrics for Patient Experience Specialists, including planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities and resources that impact the timely and accurate processing of patients. The ideal candidate is a confident multi-tasker, quick to learn technology, and proficient in typing and answering phones. Given the hospital/lab environment, you must be prepared to encounter illness and injuries. Additionally, all candidates must be up to date on vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire.
