Growing together. As the Team Lead, Operational Services you will coordinates the daily support operations of one or more clinical areas or groups. You will be a resource for other support staff and may fill in for staff as needed to provide appropriate coverage of the department. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • High School Degree/GED
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
  • In depth knowledge of specialty’s clinic
  • Proven solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals
  • Proven sound judgment with the ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a skilled clinical/administrative support resource for team members
  • Assumes leadership duties while performing nonexempt support tasks
  • Evaluates daily schedules and ensures coverage during absences
  • Implements and adjusts operational procedures within established guidelines
  • Guides staff on workflow execution and suggests improvements
  • Supports performance reviews and monitors service quality (e.g., phone systems)
  • Acts as point of contact for patient issues and may supervise in manager’s absence
