Team Lead, Multi-Intelligence Collection Management provides senior-level leadership and subject matter expertise in support of U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J2 intelligence collection planning and operations. This role leads and coordinates multi-INT collection management activities to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues within the cyber domain. The position delivers all-source analytic and collection support to operations, investigations, and intelligence planning by integrating collection strategies with USCYBERCOM mission priorities and intelligence gaps. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT Key Responsibilities Lead and execute multi-intelligence collection management in support of USCYBERCOM intelligence planning, operations, and investigations. Develop, validate, and implement collection strategies, postures, and plans to address USCYBERCOM intelligence and information gaps. Apply expert knowledge of all-source collection disciplines and systems, including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, IMINT, and GEOINT, Crosswalk tactical collection requirements to strategic objectives to ensure alignment with command priorities. Validate, coordinate, draft, submit, and maintain formal USCYBERCOM cyber intelligence requirements. Utilize intelligence collection and requirements management systems, including CSRP, COLISEUM, CHROME, NHRTC, and OSCAR-MS. Participate in strategic boards, bureaus, committees, centers, and working groups (B2C2WG) to plan, coordinate, and de-conflict standing and ad hoc collection efforts across organizational boundaries.
