The Team Leader is responsible for the execution and coordination of operational processes in the shipping area across all three shifts. This role ensures that the procedures and work instructions established by the Material Handling Process are followed effectively. The Team Leader focuses on ensuring the efficient picking, storage, and shipment of finished goods, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity during their shift. The Team Leader will collaborate closely with the scheduling team, transportation departments to ensure that shipments are planned and executed according to requirements. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the return of empty containers from customers and facilitating smooth communication between teams to ensure the efficient flow of information and procedures related to shipping operations
