About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily landscaping operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a crew, and ensuring high-quality results across a variety of landscaping projects. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.

Requirements

• Previous landscaping experience required (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Nice To Haves

• Spanish Speaking is a plus (Not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily tasks and project timelines
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
• Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members
• Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed
• Monitor job site safety and enforce company policies
