As our Landscaping Team Lead, you are a "working supervisor." You’ll stay hands-on with the crew while taking full ownership of site quality and team performance.

Requirements

1–3 years of professional landscaping experience
Valid NC/SC Driver’s License
Clean driving record
A strong work ethic and a "lead by example" attitude—you aren't afraid to get in the trenches with your team.
A positive, professional energy and a desire to grow into a long-term management career.

Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the team, and ensure all Salisbury properties meet our "quality-first" standards.
Perform and oversee mowing, edging, mulching, and planting with precision.
Train new crew members on equipment safety and professional landscaping techniques as a Landscape Supervisor.
Act as the final eye on every job to ensure the property is "magazine-ready" before the crew departs.
Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment at all times.
