This is a fully onsite role based at our Global Central Laboratory in West Chester, OH. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Requirements

High/ Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/ vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.
1+ year experience demonstrating leadership qualities
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others
Ability to train, mentor and motivate junior staff
Ability to effectively interact with outside vendors and internal and external customers
Good written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
Competent with computers and enterprise applications
Good problem solving and critical thinking skills to support quality decision making
Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours.
Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
Work is performed in a production or office environment with exposure to electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient and effective operations of the department, maintaining world-class quality standards.
Participate in daily operations and address issues until resolved successfully.
Provide training for new personnel and implement new processes, ensuring detailed documentation.
Attend study protocol meetings and educate team members on critical issues.
Build work schedules and holiday planning for the team.
Assist in Global Kit Production, distribution, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of supplies.
Support internal departments and external kit vendors with high levels of service and reliability.
Manage Kit Production staff and provide training to new members.
Serve as the main point of contact for Kitting Operations and management.
Monitor staff performance and identify efficiencies in the production process.
Support with back orders, order comments, and express orders.
Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports.
Manage the K Drive and kit vendor document repository.
Provide system and courier training.
Attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings.
Perform quality control checks and assist with (un)loading activities.
